Medication-assisted treatment also known as Medications for Addiction Treatment (MAT) combines FDA-approved medications like methadone or Buprenorphine (suboxone, brixadi and sublocade) with counseling and supportive care. MAT is an evidence-based approach proven to reduce overdose risk, ease cravings, and improve long-term recovery outcomes.

Yes. Ultimate Treatment Center offers methadone treatment as part of our medication-assisted treatment program for opioid use disorder. Methadone can help reduce cravings and withdrawal symptoms while supporting long-term recovery and is available for up to 28 days at a time.

Yes. We offer buprenorphine treatment for individuals with opioid use disorder including Suboxone and injectable options like Brixadi and Sublocade. Our providers work with you to determine whether Buprenorphine is the right option based on your needs, history, and goals.

Our Addiction Treatment Center and Mental Health Clinic are located in Ashland, Kentucky within Boyd County, and we serve clients throughout the surrounding counties.
We also offer our mental health services via telehealth from the comfort of your home anywhere in Kentucky when appropriate and is also available for eligible patients living nearby in Ohio, and West Virginia.

Yes. Ultimate Treatment Center offers telehealth appointments for eligible psychiatric and mental health services when appropriate. Telehealth allows you to meet with our providers from home for follow-up visits, medication management, and mental health care such as treatment for anxiety and depression.
Some services, including certain addiction treatments like methadone dosing, must be provided in person due to federal regulations. Our team will help determine which services can be provided via telehealth and which require an in-person visit, so you receive safe and compliant care.
